Free Weekly Workout Log Templates for Tracking Progress

I regularly do workouts like running, walking, and lifting weights, but I hadn’t tracked my progress before. So, I created workout log templates to help me keep better records.

These templates let you easily track your daily exercises, noting details like time, distance, sets, reps, and weight for each workout.

For weightlifting, there’s space to track up to 7 exercises, including the weight used and reps for each set.

You can also use a workout planner alongside your logs to track fitness goals throughout the month, helping you stay consistent by sticking to your plan.
